Dear Graduates:
I am pleased to invite you to attend the UW Law School Reunion Weekend on September 23 & 24, 2011. I understand that Reunion Weekend has become one of the largest and most enjoyable events at the Law School. As the UW Law School’s new dean, I’m very much looking forward to my first Reunion, and am eager to have the opportunity to meet you.
A great schedule filled with opportunities to reconnect with your Law School and friends and to enjoy a beautiful autumn weekend in Madison has been planned for you. We hope you will be part of this year’s celebration.
On Friday, September 23, reunion events will kick off with an update on what’s happening at the Law School followed by two free CLE programs and tours of the building. Returning alumni will gather for the All-Class Reception in the Law School’s WLAA Student Commons. The individual class dinners at various locations around Madison will follow the reception.
On Saturday, September 24, there will be tickets available for Law School alumni to see the UW Badgers play the South Dakota Coyotes at Camp Randall. Whether or not you are planning to attend the game, you are invited to join your classmates and other alumni for a lively pre-game tailgate party on the Law School’s Roger Boerner Plaza.
Please take a few minutes to look over the reunion website; then call your friends and invite them to join you at your class reunion this year.
