Due to a change at the IRS, UW-Madison campus libraries, including the Law Library, will no longer receive federal tax forms and instructions in paper.However, the following locations in Madison will continue to carry Federal forms and instructions in paper, with expected availability in early January: * Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue ( 2135 Rimrock Rd.) * The following Madison Public Libraries: o Central (201 W. Mifflin) o Meadowridge ( 5740 Raymond Rd.) o Monroe St. ( 1705 Monroe St.) o Sequoya ( 513 S. Midvale Blvd.) o Pinney ( 204 Cottage Grove Rd.) o Alicia Ashman ( 733 N. High Point Rd.) On-line federal tax forms and instructions can be accessed via the IRS web site at www.irs.gov, The Law Library will continue to receive Wisconsin forms and instructions in paper. They should be arriving by the end of this month or early January.
