Professor Shubha Ghosh
Patent Reform Proposals and Implications for Entrepreneurship

Professor Ghosh is on leave in DC working as in the inaugural AAAS Fellow in Law and Policy at the Federal Judicial  Center. He is conducting empirical research on patent litigation and will discuss his research on attorney fee shifting and its implications for the broader debate over patent reform. The reform of patent law has implications for entrepreneurship and start-ups, which Professor Ghosh will discuss in his presentation.
