Kris Turner and Bonnie Shucha presented at the American Association of Law Libraries Annual Meeting in Cleveland in July 2026. Shucha was a panelist for a session entitled, "Value of Investment: Amplifying the Library's Strategic Impact in the Age of AI." Turner was the coordinator, moderator and panelist for "Choose Your Own Management Adventure: Stories from the Professional Trenches."

Several members of the Law Library team are serving in leadership roles for the American Association of Law Libraries in 2026: Liz Manriquez is past chair of the Legal Information Services to the Public Special Interest Section, Kris Turner is chair of the Academic Law Libraries Special Interest Section and Jenny Zook is the founder and continuing chair of the Caregivers Caucus.
