Trevor Leverson and Zach Ramirez win honors at Wechsler Moot Court Competition

Trevor Leverson and Zach Ramirez advanced to the semi-final round of the Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. The competition was organized by American University Law School. 26 teams participated in the event, which was held October 21st-23rd. Davin Widgerow served as the team's coach.

In addition to advancing to the semi-final round as one of the final four teams in the competition, Zach Ramirez won the competition's Second Best Oralist award. These achievements mark the second year in a row that Wisconsin Law has earned honors at this competition, and Trevor and Zach's hard work has ensured that UW Law continues to be a formidable force at the Wechsler event.
