from 8:50am to 10:50am The class (Appellate
Advocacy II ยง 4) Is 2 Credits & is
Mandatory Pass/Fail The Heffernan class
includes brief writing, oral advocacy, and a moot court competition. The top 2 finalists will
be accepted onto the Moot Court Board and can compete in a national
competition their 3L Year!
