A bit more about us: The Wisconsin Public Interest Law Foundation (UW-PILF) was founded in 1983 as a student run organization to raise grants for students interning in public interest law. The tradition continues today, funding over 50 students in coalition with the Summer Public Service Fellowship program in 2006. 100% of race contributions go to the UW-PILF grant recipients. These are a few examples of public interest organizations where grant recipients worked in the summer of 2006: Midwest Environmental Advocates, Ayuda, Inc., Consumer Protection, ABC for Health.
