   Here is the fifth in a series of Registration & Curriculum updates for the Fall 2010 Semester.  Please read this entire message, which contains 1 item:

(1) The University of Wisconsin Law School Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic is recruiting students for the 2010-2011 academic year. Applicants should email Sue Sawatske , including a resume and cover letter no later than August 18. The cover letter should identify any experience and legal education in transactional law, intellectual property, entrepreneurship, client interface, and/or science. Rising 3Ls are given priority. Participation in the clinic is for both fall and spring semesters. A short list of applying students will be interviewed prior to final selection.  The clinic provides students the opportunity to work with startup businesses and entrepreneurial clients responding to legal needs in the creation and operation of the business enterprise.  For more information see the L&E webpage or contact Eric Englund (ericenglund@charter.net).  Credits: 2-4 per semester.
