National Law Journal interviews David Trubek on law and development in Brazil

The National Law Journal recently took a look at law and development in Brazil, and turned to the UW Law School's David Trubek for expert commentary.

Brazil has been in the news recently, since the World Bank index of business-friendly countries gave Brazil a low ranking. Investors pay attention to such rankings, Trubek said, and the low ranking has prompted extensive analysis by academics and the Brazilian legal establishment.
