Zainub Bangura, the United Nations special representative on sexual violence in conflict and former health minister in Sierra Leone, presents her talk, "Crafting an International Legal Framework to Combat Sexual Violence in Conflict." The event takes place from noon to 1 p.m. in Lubar Commons. A light lunch will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
