Join Professor Louise Trubek, Attorney Barbara Zabawa and Third-Year Law Student Felice Borisy-Rudin who will present a working draft of their paper concerning Accountable Care Organization development, particularly in Wisconsin, in the context of collaborative governance theory. Topics include:
- The legal framework of the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
- Past and present collaborative efforts to engage health care stakeholders to improve quality while reducing health care costs
- Patient-centeredness in the MSSP and its role in the success of ACOs and new models of governance
Comments from a reactor panel of health care leaders and audience discussion will follow.
