Mar. 12: Bowman v. Monsanto talk by Prof. Shubha Ghosh

Join Professor Shubha Ghosh, Vilas Research Fellow & Professor of Law, for a discussion of Bowman
v. Monsanto. The case, which involves patent rights to seeds, was argued before the U.S. Supreme Court last month.

The discussion--sponsored by the Intellectual Property Students' Organization, Wisconsin Agricultural and Food Law Society, and the UW Software Freedom Association--takes place at 6:30 p.m. in Room 5240. Food provided.
