Wisconsin Law Review elects senior editorial board for 2013-14

Melissa Lee

Melissa Lee

The Wisconsin Law Review has named third-year UW Law student Melissa Lee as editor-in-chief for 2013-14. She replaces outgoing editor-in-chief Brian Bohl.

The student-run journal, published six times a year, includes articles by students and professionals on local, state, national and international topics.

In addition to its print and online versions, the Wisconsin Law Review sponsors an annual symposium. Last October's symposium examined the scholarship of Neil Komesar, professor emeritus of the Law School, with its program "30 Years of Comparative Institutional Analysis: A Celebration of Neil Komesar."

Senior board members for 2013-14 include:

  • Trevor Brown, senior note and comment editor
  • John Blimling, senior articles editor
  • Cary Bloodworth, Andrew Lang and Zachary Peters, senior managing editors
  • Kelley Burd-Huss, senior online editor
  • Camille Crary, business editor
  • Kelliann Blazek and Courtney Lanz, symposium editors
  • Sharunda Owens (chair), Margaret Carnahan, Stephen Cirillo and Jason Sanders, diversity committee

The board encourages current first-year students to participate in the spring write-on competition, beginning immediately after finals in May. For more information, please contact Melissa Lee or Trevor Brown.
