Ryan Owens '01 Wins Best Paper Award at Southern Political Science Association Annual Meeting

Ryan Owens, an affiliate faculty member and 2001 graduate of UW Law School, won the Pi Sigma Alpha Award for the best paper presented at the 2011 Southern Political Science Association annual meeting. Owens' paper is titled "Picking an Unsettled Brain: The Role of Cognitive Complexity in Ideological Drift on the United States Supreme Court."
