This fall, the Law School welcomes 31 new and returning adjunct faculty. UW Law School adjuncts are a diverse group of professionals, who reflect the diverse interests of our student body. Our adjuncts come from firms, corporations, non-profits, professional organizations and the court system. Many are alumni, making them uniquely familiar with the Law School's academic standards and traditions. Their contributions in the classroom give law students the opportunity to learn from teachers practicing law in the real world, providing an up-close look at Law in Action.

"We appreciate the knowledge and experience our adjunct faculty bring to the Law School curriculum," says Associate Dean of Student and Academic Affairs Kevin Kelly. "Their commitment in time, energy and expertise enriches our students' legal education."
