On October 8-9, 2010 the Institute for Legal Studies hosted the
fifth biennial session of the Midwest Law and Society Retreat,
bringing together more than seventy faculty and graduate students
from the Midwest's diverse law and society programs for a weekend of
intellectual exchange and community building. The Retreat offers
participants an opportunity to share research, discuss professional
issues, receive feedback on works in progress, and develop future
projects with regional colleagues.
