Applications are now being accepted for a pro bono internship with Foley & Lardner working on a death penalty defense case.  More information below:

Project Description:
Foley & Lardner is providing pro bono representation for an Arizona death-row inmate. The intern will assist the firm in preparing the client’s petition for post-conviction relief, primarily through legal research and writing.  The internship will also provide the opportunity for regular “team meetings” with the attorneys working on the case, as well as collaboration with other attorneys and expert witnesses in the death penalty defense field.

Project Time Frame:
5-10 hours per week, at least through the end of fall semester with the potential for continuing involvement throughout the year

Application Process:
Applicants will be required to submit a resume, transcript, and cover letter, and interviews will be conducted by Foley & Lardner starting as soon as possible.
