UW Law alumna Fran Ulmer '72 serving on National Oil Spill Commission

UW Law alumna Fran Ulmer has been appointed to the newly formed National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling.  Ulmer, who also earned her B.A. in Economics from the UW-Madison, is Chancellor of the University of Alaska Anchorage, Alaska's largest public university.
