Klug discusses foreign law in American courts on WPR

Heinz Klug (S.J.D. '97), a Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Research at the UW Law School, was a guest on the August 12th edition of the Wisconsin Public Radio show Here on Earth: Radio Without Borders. With the recent confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan as a backdrop, the show examined the use of foreign law in American courts.
