Law in Emerging Economies

GLS currently has several research projects underway that deal with law and legal professions in the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) and other emerging economies:

  • GLEE
  • BRICSLAW
  • Sustainable Ethanol in Brazil

Events

To launch the project on Law in Emerging Economies, GLS organized an outreach workshop for Wisconsin Attorneys on May 5, 2011 at the UW Law School with the participation of several prominent scholars and practitioners affiliated with the project.  The workshop was approved for 3.0 hours of CLE credit for WI attorneys.  Details
