Because of the generosity of its donors, the Frank J. Remington Center is able to maintain a fund used to assist in the investigation and litigation of social and criminal rights. The fund is used to help pay for a variety of things, such as copying of records, travel expenses, expert fees, and other investigation and litigation expenses. Many of the Center's clients and their families cannot afford to pay for such expenses, so this fund is often essential in allowing Center programs to continue pursuing viable claims.
