The UW Law School Bookmart, Inc. is a nonprofit business formed to provide law school textbooks, adjunct course materials, and supplies to students at the lowest cost possible. The Bookmart accepts personal checks, traveller's checks, and cash but currently is unable to accept credit cards.
First-year students purchase books for the fall semester along with their small-section classmates at a designated time during Orientation Week. The Bookmart is set up to offer those particular books at those particular times and to do so with minimal delay for students. After the first semester, students can purchase books whenever the bookmart is open. The Bookmart has regular hours, but because of its relatively small market, these hours are limited to the following:
Regular Hours
Monday - Friday
9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Monday & Tuesday Evenings
5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Beginning of Fall & Spring Semester Hours
Please check posted hours during these times.
