Course Description

This course will provide an in-depth analysis of the three transactions most often encountered in the practice of commercial real estate law: purchases, leases and mortgages.  The course will also cover governmental approval processes such as annexation, subdivision and
zoning.  Time permitting, the course will also cover the construction process and choice of entities. 

The only prerequisite is Real Estate Transactions I.
