Course Description
This course focuses on the place of Federal administrative agencies and the administrative process in society; emphasizing agencies' powers and procedures, and the relationships among the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of government in the development and implementation of public policy.
A student in the course may also enroll in a separate one-credit research module for which he/she will be required to produce a memorandum analyzing an important new development in case law or in regulatory practice. The topic must be approved by Professor Ohnesorge, and the module will be graded pass/fail, separately from the grading for the course. See Law 950-001.
