Continuing Legal Education for Wisconsin

2009 Ethics Workshop

Online Registration Form

The University of Wisconsin Law School is pleased to offer this popular ethics seminar again this year, live in two locations. First, the speakers will review the latest ethics developments. Utilizing a series of hypotheticals drawn largely from actual events, the speakers will concentrate on how to handle genuine problems that you may encounter in your practice. Focusing on practical guidance and solutions that make sense, the speakers will lead you through a variety of ethical quandaries which always generate a wealth of lively discussion and insight from participants. Here is what two of last year's attendees wrote:

"I've been a public prosecutor for 18 years. I have been going to "prosecutor ethics" programs for numerous years. This is the first time going to a "general ethics program." This was an excellent program. Well worth the time and the price of admission."

"Mike and Barry always provide a very informative and interesting take on legal ethics. This year's manual was loaded with relevant information and the Socratic interchange during the latter half of the seminar is always stimulating."
