Students who have previously attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison have the option of requesting from the Law School Registrar, a Law School-produced course history report. Such a report will contain information with respect to courses, credits, and grades from a student's current matricultion period (i.e., Law School courses), but will not contain information from a previous matriculation (e.g., when the law student was an undergraduate). Requests for course history reports must be submitted in writing, on the form used by the Registrar for that purpose, at least two weeks in advance of the date on which the student needs the report.
