Wisconsin Makes List of Top 25 Digital States

The Center for Digital Government has recently released the results of its 2004 Digital States Survey. The survey is a comprehensive study on best practices, policies and progress made by state governments in their use of digital technologies to better serve their citizens and streamline operations. Wisconsin placed 25th.
